4. Facility Obligations

As a facility user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate facility and shift information
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Maintain appropriate licensure and insurance
• Treat clinicians fairly and professionally
• Pay for completed shifts in accordance with agreed rates

5. Shift Management

• Shifts posted must reflect actual staffing needs
• Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice
• Facilities are responsible for ensuring safe working conditions

6. Confidentiality

You agree to protect the confidentiality of clinician personal information, credentials, and any other sensitive data accessed through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vital Hive - Facility is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.
